Broadcasts you can actually measure

Sending is the easy half. The half that decides whether you send again is knowing what landed, what was read, and what got a reply — per campaign, not as a monthly total.

Schedule and cancel

Campaigns can be queued for a time that suits your customers rather than your working hours, and a scheduled campaign can be cancelled before it goes out — which matters more often than anyone admits.

Templates, because Meta requires them

On the official Cloud API, a business cannot open a conversation with free-form text: the first message has to be an approved template. WAVE manages your templates so campaigns use an approved one rather than failing silently at send time.

  • Approved template management per tenant
  • Per-campaign delivery and read reporting
  • Scheduled sends with cancellation

A warning worth reading

WhatsApp is not email. Broadcasting to people who did not ask to hear from you gets your number blocked by recipients and then restricted by Meta, and no software prevents that. Send to opted-in contacts, keep the frequency low, and the channel keeps working.

Common questions

How many messages can I send?
500 a month on the free plan. Above that it depends on your plan and, on the official API, on the messaging limit Meta assigns your number.
Why was my campaign not delivered?
The usual causes are an unapproved template, a number that has not opted in, or a Meta quality rating that has dropped. Campaign analytics show which.
