WhatsApp platform

The catalogue, the cart and the payment — all in the chat

Sending a customer to a website to complete a purchase they were ready to make in the conversation loses a share of them at every step. Keeping the whole thing in WhatsApp removes the steps.

Catalogue to order, without leaving the thread

Products with prices and images, a cart per customer, coupons, and an order that you can move through its statuses — all addressed from the same conversation the customer started in.

  • Product catalogue with images and pricing
  • Per-customer carts
  • Coupon codes with their own lifecycle
  • Order status you update as it moves

Payment confirmation is automatic

A payment callback endpoint receives confirmation from the gateway, so an order is marked paid by the gateway rather than by someone checking a bank app and updating a spreadsheet.

Good fit, poor fit

This works well for a catalogue in the tens or low hundreds of items sold conversationally — boutiques, bakeries, clinics, made-to-order goods. It is not a replacement for a full e-commerce platform if you need faceted search, complex shipping rules or a thousand SKUs.

Common questions

Which payment methods are supported?
Payments run through a gateway on the Kriyava account, which covers UPI, cards and netbanking for Indian customers.
Do I need a separate online store?
No, but you can keep one. WAVE is the conversational sales channel; many businesses run both.
